		<description>Well, they are building at a fast rate. I see a lot people looking. They are moving the sand pile now, and putting in the sewer and water. 

Yeh, 400k sounds about right. I&#039;m actualy looking forward when the Olympics becomes a &quot;dud&quot; and everyone is stuck with a house they no longer can afford. Of course, the job market will lead that charge.  But they are nice houses.</description>

Looked at similar designs around the Surrey/Langley border fetching $380 - $400K.

Just plain stupid.
