I see a lot people looking. They are moving the sand pile now, and putting in the sewer and water. Yeh, 400k sounds about right. I'm actualy looking forward when the Olympics becomes a "dud" and everyone is stuck with a house they no longer can afford. Of course, the job market will lead that charge. But they are nice houses. Man, I'll bet even the cheapest (read: right near the tracks) places are in the high $400K region. Looked at similar designs around the Surrey/Langley border fetching $380 - $400K. Just plain stupid.
