It was hot out, so sitting inside just did not make any sense. I took my trusty camera along with me becuase the Sun was casting some long shadows, about 5:00pm, and I wanted to get some sidewalk shots by the cemetery on Glover Road. The cemetery has a really neat looking fence with a gate (which is owned by a private company) along the sidewalk, and I waited for the Sun to hit it just right for a good shot. Here it is.
The dead leaves are not becuase we are getting closer to fall, but it is becuase of the dry weather we have been getting over the last couple of months. We have had some rain, but nearly enough to keep the West Coast trees happy, according to a friend who is a biologist at UBC.
Above is the Fort gallery. Beside it (below) is Veggi Bob’s.
And the last building I took shots of along my walk on Glover Road which is the Birth Place of BC Gallery.
Come to think of it, I have never been in that building (above)?
It was hot day. We are to get the whole of next week with this lovely weather. In my time living here, this has been a dry summer. So different compared to the weird spring we just had when it was so cold and wet. I wonder what winter has in store for us?
